The chosen portraits can be printed on to A4 paper for
immediate framing or may first be hand-coloured in crayon or
water-colour paint. If water-colour is to be used, the
portrait should be printed on to A4 water-colour paper.
Each portrait was originally drawn as a book illustration.
The illustrations are for free downloading in the groups of
three shown.
